Returns Policy: All Sales are Final! 

Deific Beauty (we) are not responsible for lost/ damaged packages. We make sure that everything is shipped out in perfect condition, meaning any damage caused to your package has occurred whilst in possession of the post office. 

We cannot track your order unless you have chosen the signed and tracked option, so if there are any problems please contact Royal Mail about your product as we won’t be responsible.

Deific Beauty  does not accept order cancellations before or after the order has been shipped.

• If we have accidentally sent you the incorrect product you must let us know within the 24 hours you have received the order and we will cover the shipping expenses for the return and will ship the correct product back to you. (We will notify you when we have received your incorrect order and will notify you again when we ship it off) product must be  untouched and please email us with what your ordered and what you received and we will handle it.

Deific Beauty do not accept order returns or exchanges after products were shipped, there are Covid 19 precautionary reasons! 

Deific Beauty  unfortunately only offer shipping within the uk but hopefully soon we will be able to do worldwide shipping.

Order processing will take up to 1-2 days and shipping up to 3-7 business days via Royal Mail (possible delays because of Covid 19, which is out of our control) Once your products have been shipped your order shipment will automatically be confirmed via email. If you haven't received your order after 12 working days, please contact us via email or Instagram DM.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received and then order shipping email will be sent out!

 *Please note - In order to protect both Royal Mail employ and our customers as much as possible during this time, they will be minimising contact during delivery instead of making you sign for the products they will log the name of the person accepting the item.

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Deific Beauty. The Consumer has 48 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
